Economics

The upgrade from a traditional 80V lithium battery-powered truck to 153.6V significantly enhances overall energy efficiency. This is achieved by increasing motor power and reducing motor and controller currents. The adoption of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is lighter than a comparable energy three-phase asynchronous motor, markedly improves comprehensive efficiency. The truck is also equipped with standard load sensing, which prioritises steering and saves an additional 5% in energy.

Efficiency

The integration of the power system simplifies the wiring harness, substantially reducing the loss of electric energy during transmission. The clarity and simplicity of the parts and control modules layout facilitate easier maintenance.

Safety

An emergency power-off switch is standard equipment, ensuring safety in emergencies. The truck also features system-level voltage safety protection, including an integrated and optimally short voltage connection design and multiple insulation monitoring protections.

The truck is developed on the robust platform of internal combustion trucks, ensuring that all parts are mature and reliable. It combines the high performance, stability, and environmental adaptability of internal combustion trucks with the eco-friendly benefits of lithium battery technology.

Maintenance

The truck boasts an 80° hood opening angle and a straightforward opening mechanism, with an optional key lock. Its optimised structural layout offers ample internal space and facilitates convenient maintenance. The modular design of the power assembly and electrical system ensures maintenance is hassle-free and cost-effective.
