The forklift offers rapid charging capabilities, with a standard 202ah lithium battery providing exceptionally long endurance. The high energy density and quick charging feature of the lithium battery enable uninterrupted full-time operation.

Safety

Equipped with an intelligent stabilisation system, the forklift adapts its speed limit according to different applications and includes intelligent limit buffering and operation protection. It also incorporates an intelligent control strategy and steering deceleration. The lithium battery’s self-heating ability in low temperatures ensures excellent adaptability to cold environments.

Maintenance

Capable of operating in cold storage conditions as low as -20°C, the forklift is designed for safety, featuring a reinforced cast steering axle and an optimally designed mast. It includes a ZF double drive axle, dual AC motors, a reducer, differential, and oil-cooled disc brakes, ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and maintenance-free reliability.

Economics

HELI lithium battery forklift trucks offer significant lifecycle cost benefits. Compared to internal combustion forklifts, they are quieter, pollution-free, have minimal vibration, and are easier to operate.
