BENEFITS

The forklift is equipped with dual drive motors on the front wheels, delivering enhanced power and operational efficiency. It features either a Heli or ZF dual motor drive unit, a high-speed ratio reducer, a high-power IP54 grade AC motor, and an oil-cooled multi-disc brake system. Ensures the forklift is powerful, efficient, reliable, and maintenance-free, while also being low in noise.
Its narrow design makes the truck particularly suitable for use in tight aisles. The large-angle steering bridge significantly reduces the turning radius, facilitating stress-free loading and unloading in narrow spaces.
The truck automatically decelerates when cornering to reduce the risk of overturning. Steering is activated by the steering wheel, which also controls the oil flow according to the speed of the steering wheel, enhancing safety and precision. The lithium battery features an automatic heating function in low temperatures, ensuring excellent adaptability. An intelligent operation protection system (OPS) prevents misuse and enhances safety.
The control valve is positioned on the right for increased comfort. – The layout of the front vision and instruments, designed with ergonomics in mind, ensures safe and comfortable operation. The truck also boasts an enlarged boarding area and more space for foot operation, alongside a rear handle and warning horn for safer reversing. An optional Grammer full suspension seat offers superior driving comfort.
The forklift features a reinforced casting drive axle housing and steering axle body, with an optimally designed mast system that has undergone durability testing. This ensures reliable quality and operational safety.
The electrical components are strategically placed at the top of the counterweight for reliable heat dissipation and easy access during inspections and maintenance. The side battery is designed for easy replacement and maintenance, simplifying the overall maintenance process.
