Maintenance-free motor without carbon brushes offers a long service life and reduces maintenance costs. Energy regeneration during deceleration extends operational hours.
Incorporates a newly designed hydraulic system for heightened efficiency. Utilises a high-power lifting motor and a MOSTET lifting speed control electric controller. Equipped with a new type of low noise gear pump, enhancing efficiency and longevity. Maximum lifting speed without load increased by 22% and with load by 19%.
Utilises CAN-BUS technology for advanced communication. Features include: Parking brake for use on slopes. Operation sequence protection for safety. Travelling and lifting speed control. Electric controller self-protection. Dead-man footswitch traction interlock for enhanced control and safety.
EPS (Electric Power Steering) provides easy, flexible, efficient, and quiet operation. Steering motor controller includes an automatic centering function. Automatic restrictions on speed and acceleration during steering enhance safety and comfort.
