BENEFITS

Vibration is reduced by 20% and noise by 1.9dB. Cushioned connections and a fully suspended driver’s cab effectively absorb the entire truck’s vibration. Noise around the ear is reduced by lowering the tilting cylinder under the floorboard and utilising a fully enclosed patch type driver’s cab. A lower damping device within the lifting system minimises mast shock and vibration, preventing crash noise caused by goods falling.
Workspace increased by 45%. Foot space is significantly increased by raising the steering unit and employing a suspension-type inching pedal. The operation space is enlarged with a raised overhead guard and a large arc shape at the front leg of the guard. A semi-suspension seat, steering wheel with a smaller diameter, electro-hydraulic direction changing, and an automotive-type double joystick combined switch markedly improve driving comfort.
Operator’s view improved by 20%. Front view for the operator is enhanced with a wide view mast and lowered dashboard. Rear view is bettered through CAE optimally designed counterweight.
Improved by 40%. Cooling ability is enhanced with a hot air reflow isolating device, optimal thermal dissipation duct, and aluminium plate-fin type radiator, ensuring engine reliability. An automotive-type oil filling cap and optimally structured oil filling channel enhance the entire truck’s safety. A constant displacement pump load sensing steering system increases lifting speed and reduces hydraulic oil temperature. Key components like the frame, mast, overhead guard, and steering axle are optimally designed, improving overall safety and reliability. Retropositioning the truck’s centre of gravity improves loading capacity, stability, and safety.
Engine hood opening angle increased to 80° Enlarged internal space facilitates maintenance of the engine and gearbox. A greater hood opening angle allows for quicker and more convenient maintenance.
