The lithium battery-powered forklift comes standard with double gun charging, significantly shortening charging times. High-density lithium batteries support use and charging at any time, enabling efficient and uninterrupted operation throughout the day.

Safety

The truck is equipped with intelligent safety features including automatic parking, a turning speed limit, limit buffering, operation protection, and a control strategy. These systems work together to ensure a safe operating environment.

Reliability

Utilising imported drive axles and motors, the forklift’s performance is both stable and reliable. Wet negative braking ensures safety and reliability. An innovative mast structure design enhances overall strength and rigidity, while the structural design of the welded large oil tank improves the frame’s strength and the hydraulic oil’s heat dissipation. The truck can operate in -20°C cold storage for 6 hours and remain parked for 12 hours without failure, ensuring continuous operation. New steering axle design further guarantees safety and reliability.

Maintenance and Convenience

The cab layout is optimised, with the battery positioned directly under the engine room and a wide hood opening angle for easy daily inspections and maintenance. The controller’s placement on the counterweight is ideal for heat dissipation and maintenance convenience. Battery side changing capability allows for easy switching between lead-acid and lithium batteries, meeting the diverse needs of different customers and situations.
